Terms of Service

Last updated August 8, 2026. These terms are a plain-language starting point. Have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review them before you accept live payments.

1. What PolyHawk is

PolyHawk is a research and analysis tool for prediction markets. We read publicly available market data, run it through models, and present you with information. That is the entire product.

PolyHawk is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or financial adviser. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not hold, move, custody, or have access to your funds. Every trading decision is yours alone.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access prediction markets in your jurisdiction. Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in many places. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you live. We may block access from jurisdictions where the service cannot lawfully be offered.

3. Risk

Prediction markets carry substantial risk. You can lose the entire amount you stake. Past performance of any market, trader, strategy, or model output does not predict future results. Model outputs are probabilistic estimates and are frequently wrong. Any figure, confidence score, or edge estimate shown is an opinion produced by software, not a guarantee.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person per account. Do not share or resell access.
• You must give accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these terms.

5. Subscription and billing

• The introductory price is $1 for your first 7 days.
• After the introductory period the subscription renews automatically at $39 per month until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
• Payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your full card details, and cancellations, refunds and payment methods are managed on Whop.
• Prices may change. We will give you notice before a change affects a renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Copy Trading

Copy Trading places real orders with real money using credentials you supply. It is entirely optional and off by default. See the Copy Trading Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these terms. Orders may execute late, at a worse price than the trader you are mirroring, or not at all.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our analysis or data.
• Do not use the service to break any law, manipulate a market, or evade a jurisdictional restriction.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access.

8. Third-party data

Market data comes from Polymarket's public APIs and other third parties. We do not control it and cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete, or current. PolyHawk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket or any other venue.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyHawk is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
