Refund Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing → Cancel my subscription, which opens your membership page on Whop. It takes one click. There is no phone call, no email required, and no retention hoop you have to clear. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of your first charge — email us and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Billed by mistake — if you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, we refund it in full.
• The service was broken — if a core feature was unavailable for a meaningful part of your billing period, we will refund or credit that period.
• Trading losses are not refundable. PolyHawk sells analysis, not outcomes. Losing a bet is not a product defect.

The $1 introductory week

The $1 charge covers your first 7 days. It is a real charge, not a free trial, so you are billed today. After 7 days the subscription renews at $39 per month unless you cancel first. We will not hide the renewal date from you — it is shown in Settings at all times.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period, this policy does not reduce those rights.

How to request a refund

Email support@polyhawk.io from the address on your account. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically land within 5–10 business days.
